Automate your workflows by describing them in words
Describe what should happen and the organism builds the routine: triggers, steps, approvals. No code, no processes left to people's memory.
The problem: processes that live in people's heads
In many SMEs the processes aren't written down anywhere: they exist in the habits of whoever carries them out. When that person is away, the process seizes up; when they change, no one updates it.
Traditional automation requires technical tools and complex configurations. CEO·Intelligence makes the workflow explicit and repeatable, starting from a simple natural-language description.
How it works with CEO·Intelligence
Describe the workflow in words — for example: "when a request comes in from the web form, create a contact, notify the manager and schedule a reminder in three days". The organism translates it into a routine with triggers, linked steps and approval points.
Triggers can be time-based, events (a lead created, an email received) or external webhooks. When a task exceeds a single agent's capabilities, the work is distributed among several specialised agents and coordinated, with the sensitive steps suspended for human approval.
What's included
The main capabilities of the operations area:
- Routines and workflows described in natural language, no code
- Time-based, event-based or external-webhook triggers
- Orchestration of agent teams on complex tasks
- Scheduler for recurring tasks and reminders
- Cross-department coordination with tracked handoffs and approvals
Who it's for
For those who coordinate operations and want repeatable processes that don't depend on a single person, and for managers who lose time on recurring, low-value tasks.
It's particularly useful when several departments have to hand work to one another — sales to administration, support to operations — and reliable, tracked coordination is needed.
Data and governance
Every routine runs with the same governance as the rest of the system: actions tracked in the audit log and human approval on sensitive steps. You can automate with confidence because it always stays visible what happened.
The infrastructure is self-hosted, the data stays within the customer's perimeter on servers in Europe, all designed with GDPR in mind.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code to create a workflow?
No. Workflows are described in natural language and the organism translates them into routines with triggers, steps and approvals. There's no need to write code or know technical tools: describe what should happen and check the result.
Which events can start a routine?
A routine can start at a set time, when an event occurs (for example a lead created or an email received) or via a webhook from an external system. You can combine several conditions depending on the process.
Can I insert a manual approval in a workflow?
Yes, and it's the default behaviour for sensitive steps. You can require that a person approve certain steps before they run, keeping control over actions with real impact while the rest proceeds automatically.
What happens if a workflow hits an error?
Execution is monitored and the steps are tracked in the audit log. In case of a problem the system can stop safely and, where appropriate, flag or retry, avoiding blindly proceeding on an operation that went wrong.
Which process do you want to automate first?
In a demo we start from one of your real workflows and turn it into a routine.
